Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff is a trusted partner to the Executive Director, creating leverage for the Executive and the organization as a whole. Part advisor, gatekeeper, problem solver, and all-around strategic partner, this role works internally—through cross-functional work and special projects—and externally—through supporting executive communications and thought leadership—to advance the mission and vision of iCivics.

In addition to being a trusted partner for the Executive Director, the Chief of Staff serves as an essential thought partner and adviser for the Board of Directors and the entire iCivics team—mainly through their close work with the Executive Team. Working in concert with the Executive Assistant, this role oversees all activities for the Office of the Executive Director.
