Job Description
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant business experience required (business consultancy experience required; commercial experience is preferred)

  • How you will contribute:
  • Assist the Head of USOBU in day to day responsibilities, ensuring coordination of cross-organizational activity, for example preparing scripts/speeches in partnership with Communications, ensuring consistency and alignment of internal documents / presentations and representing the Head of USOBU at meetings and across the organization where appropriate
  • Serves as ambassador for the Head of USOBU and leadership team, facilitating communication with other members of the executive team as needed. Anticipates the needs of the USOBU leadership team, providing appropriate support and guidance to ensure the departments are operating efficiently.

  • Provides ongoing tracking and management of issues and risks related to implementation of USOBU initiatives and strategies with meaningful metrics and summary reports.

Works to remove barriers that hamper inter- and intra-department communications. Coordinates and monitors assignments which must be accomplished in conjunction with other senior executives.
