As a CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's growth by leveraging your expertise in sales, technology, and staffing. With the ever- increasing need for healthcare organizations to outsource their operations to lower cost offshore staff, your visionary leadership will enable us to capitalize on this opportunity and scale our business into a major player in the industry.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a compelling vision and business strategy for our

healthcare BPO company, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs. Leverage

your extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, sales techniques, and technology

advancements to identify new opportunities, drive revenue growth, and stay ahead of the

competition.

- Business Development: Lead the sales and marketing efforts to acquire new clients and expand

our customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the

healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, insurance providers, and pharmaceutical

companies, showcasing the benefits of outsourcing healthcare operations and emphasizing our

expertise in delivering cost-effective solutions.

- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring

operational efficiency, quality service delivery, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the

leadership team to develop and implement robust processes, scalable technology solutions, and

service level agreements.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in a CEO or senior-level role with a focus on sales, technology,

and staffing.
