Job Description
Skills/Experience/Capacity TVCCA seeks in the next CEO:
TVCCA is looking for a CEO who has strong experience relevant to the executive management of a large nonprofit organization. Relevant experience or capacity may include:
  • Charitable fund development and grant acquisition
  • Human Resources, including supervision of managers and leadership of a large staff
  • Financial oversight and grant management, especially state and federal grant management
  • Experience with Community Action programs
  • Nonprofit leadership
  • Building trust and collaboration with City, State and Federal officials
  • Connection to / experience in TVCCA’s service areas.
Key skills include
  • Inspiring verbal and written communications skills
  • Supports the growth of supervisees
  • High level of productivity and organization
  • Ability and attention to building strong connections in the community
  • Good problem solver and strategic thinker
  • Good balance between building consensus and driving decisions

Required Skills


Compensation:
Salary will range from $160,000 to $180,000 depending on experience and qualifications. TVCCA offers a comprehensive benefit package which includes paid vacation, holidays, sick time, medical, dental and vision coverage, a retirement plan with a generous employer contribution, and short-term disability insurance.
Timing:
We are planning for executive transition by the fall/end of 2023.
