Currently, we're looking for a CEO / CoFounder to help us launch a next generation Internet of Things (IoT) wireless networking infrastructureplatform, which would enable us to passively collect petabytes worth of data of the physical world, connect the fragmented IoT world, and more.

Founder Story: Two young technologists decided to build a platform to fingerprint or identify police vehicles in order to avoid cops while in upstate NYC. Only to realize that the technology platform could also authenticate other devices beyond cops and much much more.

Stumbling on to something much bigger, they decided to first patent the IP, and make the worst decision ever. Become entrepreneursand commercialize the invention. This reality so far has been very hard and costly, and why we need a CEO to do it right. The company is pre-seed/pre-revenue, given the company is deep tech/hardware tech, significant capital is required to commercialize the company.

A Little Bit More About Us -- Where We Are At | Pre-Product: Currently, we're commercializing a novel wireless infrastructure platform that isable to perform the following features (limited):

At first, we thought the software platform could only:

• Passive defined as, a mobile WIFI or Bluetooth device need not consent to, or even be aware of, being tracked by a node.
• Passively detects, tracks, and monitors all mobile devices (any Internet of things (IoT) smart device that emits bluetooth / WIFI signals and other wireless protocols) down to centimeter accuracy within a 75m range.

Then, we realized the sensing infrastructure, consisting of nodes and tags, could also -- among other things:

• Demodulate sound from radio waves
• Deploys WIFI Network
• Providea 3D-map of the inside of a room and offer new functionality to mobiledevices in 3D space: This allows us to enable the next-generation of mobile gestures, i.e., users can select neighboring devices by pointing at them, tapping on devices in the camera interface, or by swiping in the direction of a device, and inspire use cases such as contactless payments, gamification, AR,etc.

Business Value: The technology is useful in many essential industries including supply chain, manufacturing, contactless payments, transportation/shipping, construction, logistics, advertising, music/touring, cybersecurity, defense, and more.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing a plan to ensure the launch and growth of the business. This will include leading fundraising efforts and managing relationships with investors.
• Possessing strong understanding of the Internet of Things (IoT) and wireless infrastructure
• Leading the team in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, overseeing marketing and sales activities, and managing the day-to-day operations of the business.
• Setting the vision and strategy for the company, leading the team to success, and driving the overall performance of the business.
• Providing overall strategic direction, operations, and business development.
• Raising capital, building an initial team, and scaling the venture

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep network of investors, technologist, and customer
• Can personally invest or immediately support an initial capital raise of $250,000, we will need to clean up the existing company structure and start fresh
• Passionate and excited to commercialize new technologies
• Serial Entrepreneur interested in leveraging new technology across multiple industry verticals starting with asset tracking (initial go-to-market strategy)
