As part of a diverse and hardworking team of engineers, technicians, and specialists, you will be responsible for developing and manufacturing Thermal Protection Systems for multiple Blue Origin vehicles. You will develop processes, peer review and translate engineering into fully functional hardware ready for test, qualification, and flight. Throughout the manufacturing process, you will also identify, develop, and deploy methods to improve quality, reduce cost, and optimize build sequence and schedules. You will create, interpret, and modify work instructions and routings to convey procedures to technicians and trigger material planning.
