Hargray, a Cable One brand, is looking for a Web Chat Representative. Under general supervision and direction, the Web Chat Representative resolve customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
What you will do to contribute to the company's success
  • Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
  • Gains familiarity with Web / Chat sales concepts, practices and methodologies.
  • Assists with special projects as assigned.
  • Reviewing, adding or deleting comments necessary to successfully process sales orders,
  • Learns and applies sound telephone-based selling skills.
  • Calling pending leads, engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and provide information about products, services, pricing and benefits,
  • With guidance, performs routine Web / Chat sales duties, including:
  • Monitoring inbound web-based sales orders and ensuring their prompt and accurate processing,
  • Adheres to company approved and issued scripts to ensure consistency or information delivered.
Qualifications
  • Requires efficient and accurate handling of money.
  • Requires excellent oral and written communication skills while assisting and interacting with Fidelity customers and associates.
  • Requires the ability to operate office equipment (copiers, phones, computers, etc.).
  • The position requires the ability to learn and stay informed of products and services offered by Fidelity.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training in a customer service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • This position will require travel between offices.
  • Strong data entry and computer skills.
