Job Description

We are looking to add a Channel Marketing Content Associate who will work as part of the Channel Marketing team to support De’Longhi’s best in class content execution across our retail network. This individual will manage the end to end creative execution process for the channel marketing team, collaborating closely with marketing and sales to manage all aspects of the brands digital assets from organization to execution on retailer websites. The ideal candidate will have project management expertise to drive the creative execution process, ensuring an attention to detail while following brand guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management and optimization of digital asset management system (Widen) including organizing, classifying, and creating best practices in regards to digital product assets for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the end to end process of creating and maintaining enhanced product content across various platforms and retailers to ensure best in class product listing pages
  • Create milestones and timelines for production and execution of content across all channels and partner ecommerce sites; ensuring all content is on-brand, tells a story, and supports overarching goals
  • Build, maintain and update enhanced digital content pages for Amazon (Amazon A+ & A+ Premium) as well as the Amazon brand store across various brands and markets (US and CA)
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify and establish retailer content requirements and existing systems; ensuring an accurate and seamless delivery of content
  • Perform consistent, meticulous content audits for retailer pages, partnering with key individuals to resolve inconsistencies
  • Fulfill ad hoc requests for product imagery, resizing, replacements, etc. and additional ad hoc channel marketing projects as needed
  • Coordinate digital content requests across multiple accounts and/or sales representatives


  • Understanding of key elements of product detail page (PDP) design and best in class practices
  • Experience with Amazon A+ pages or Syndigo enhanced content preferred
  • Must be skilled in using the following Microsoft Office Suite applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Office, etc.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field of study
  • Experience with a Digital Asset Management system required
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital content development and management, or similar digital role
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, with exceptional time management and project management skills
  • Knowledge of retailer portals a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
