Cash Application Specialist (Remote Work Considered)

• Determine proper accounting of invoice adjustment actions.
• Report daily cash receipts details to finance staff.
• Perform month closing activities and support internal and external audits.
• Work with the collection staff to identify any unapplied cash activities.
• Collaborate with internal collection staff to complete daily cash application of cash receipts.

***Please note, this role will follow a standard 5/40 weekly schedule, as opposed to the 9/80 schedule.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Must be team oriented and able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Need to deliver to firm deadlines by demonstrating flexibility and ability to multitask.
• Prior Cash Application & Accounts Receivable experience in a large business setting is REQUIRED.
• Individual must demonstrate attention to detail and be a strong communicator.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or prior work experience and/or equivalent experience.

Pursuant to a specific U.S. Government contract, selected individual must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
