WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A CAREER COACH - WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

In the capacity of a Career Coach at our human services nonprofit, your primary responsibility is to monitor and assess the progress of our participants in their careers. You offer comprehensive individual and group career coaching sessions that encompass a range of topics, including successful job performance, career advancement pathways in specific sectors, connecting career progression with education, and other areas related to career development.

You are committed to ensuring that our participants receive the necessary support to attain their long-term career objectives. As such, you provide referrals for childcare, health or mental health services, internal or external training, and other services as required.
