The Role
Are you passionate about empowering thousands to get upskilled and secure high-quality jobs?
As a Student Success Coach, you will serve as first-line support to our students providing all the information they need to succeed, graduate from their programs and find a job. You will work collaboratively with team members across the organization to help students find their dream job.
What You’ll Do
- Provide timely support to our students, managing, documenting, and successfully resolving inquiries using Freshdesk
- Provide product and operational recommendations to improve the overall student experience
- Create and update help documentation that supports our students in navigating frequently asked questions
- Provide career services coaching and resume editing support
- Update the internal support knowledge base to share best practices with the customer experience team
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues and identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong communication skills and great attention to detail to ensure our students’ issues are resolved in the most efficient manner.
- Freshdesk or Hubspot experience (preferred)
- Two years of experience in career services or student coaching role (preferred)
