Seeking a Dynamic and Experienced B2B Cannabis Sales Director

If so, we have an exceptional opportunity for you to join our team as a Cannabis Sales Director in sunny Southern California!

As the Cannabis Sales Director, you will play a critical role in spearheading our sales efforts, establishing strategic partnerships, and positioning our brand as the preferred choice for cannabis enthusiasts in the region.
Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dispensaries, and retail partners.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and drive business expansion
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant state and local regulations governing cannabis sales
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and drive market share growth
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to develop impactful sales materials, promotional campaigns, and new product launches
  • Lead and inspire a talented sales team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to achieve outstanding results.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Extensive knowledge of cannabis products, strains, market trends, and consumption methods
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic industry, adapting to evolving market conditions
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive sales experience in the cannabis industry or similar, with a proven track record of surpassing sales targets
We offer a highly competitive compensation package based on industry standards for Southern California. As a Cannabis Sales Director, you can expect a salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with your experience, accomplishments, and expertise. Additionally, we provide a performance-based bonus plan to reward exceptional achievements.
