Budtender (Non-Storefront) Jobs

JOB SUMMARY:
Our organization is seeking an outgoing and passionate Budtenders who are eager to build long standing, friendly relationships with our customers and patients. Our Budtenders will assist the management team with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. Our Budtenders are responsible for answering customers questions, upselling each transaction, checking them out, cash handling and customer service. You must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences for their particular need/experience. Open availability is needed for this position.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in investigations as required.
• Exemplary customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Gather and process required documents and information and perform detailed verification while maintaining client confidentiality.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of a fluid schedule and changing priority.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Dutchie, Greenbits or current electronic POS and generally computer literate.
• Assist Medical Use Customers in identifying the medicines and methods of medication that best fits their individual needs.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and all operating procedures.
• Greet and establish rapport with customers-get to know them and seek to understand their interest in cannabis.
• Must be friendly, outgoing, trustworthy, dependable, hardworking and have a positive attitude.
• Experience in the cannabis industry preferred.
• Unpack, sort, count, and label merchandise as directed, including items requiring special handling or refrigeration.
• Assist reacreational use customers in identifying the products they'd like to purchase and work on upsaling as best as possible.
• Perform clerical tasks including accurate filing, compiling, and maintaining inventory and records.
• Perform front desk reception duties is required and actively participate in administrative tasks as assigned (answering phone calls, greeting customers, customer check-in and verifying patient information etc.).
• One year of progressively responsible retail experience.
• Continue to enhance your knowledge of cannabis, and continually hone your ability to explain product uses.
• Model the company core values at all times when representing the company.
• Maintain a clean, inviting and professional retail environment by restocking merchandise on the sales floor and participating in basic store clean-up.
• Knowledge of strains, effects of cannabis and cannabis infused products.
• Participate in inventory control and monitoring procedures as required.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Experience in the cannabis industry or retail preferred.
• Adhere to strict sales processes and maintain a professional and safe environment for customers and coworkers.
• Report all issues and deviations timely.
• Must be at least 21 years old and must pass criminal record check.
• Maintain the utmost professional appearance, demeanor, composure, and attitude always.
