Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the goals of our clients and be able to oversee project strategy to project completion. By having a knowledge of emerging technologies in the area, this candidate will be able create cross-channel deliverables to clients that meet their needs.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Ability to work in variousartisticmedia
  • Extensive knowledge of graphic design and brand development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Excellent managerial and supervisory skills
  • Mastery of graphic design software and photo editing software
  • Ability to develop innovative campaigns and motivate designers to develop innovative visuals and graphics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of marketing and design
  • Previous cannabis industry experience preferred
  • Previous management/leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
