THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is looking for a Campaign Manager to partner with their Developer Marketing team on a near-term program, their Codegeist hackathon. Your role will be to develop and execute a strategy to drive developer engagement with the Atlassian platform as part of this event.
They are on a mission to unleash the potential of every team. To do that, we are building a community of developers to partner with us, accelerating innovation and providing new apps to their customers.
What you’ll be working on
In this role, you will:

• Announcement of Codegeist and winners - Write at least 2 blog posts, one to announce the start of the program and the other to
• Execute marketing promotion for Codegeist - create marketing assets and distribute them across the channels we use to reach developers. Includes internal coordination with Atlassian creative teams and marketing program management
• Monitor ongoing performance with campaign - check metrics throughout the program, ensure that performance remains on track and course correct as needed
• Drive internal coordination - finalize app submission categories, align with internal teams on a support and community engagement plan, communicate timelines and goals
• Plan the Codegeist campaign - coordinate with DevPost, our client's hackathon vendor, and establish the campaign timeline and deliverables
• Coordinate judging - Handle internal alignment meetings and scheduling

Skills needed:

• Project & time management - using Confluence (collaborative docs), Slack, and email preferred
