Part Time Customer Service & Call Center

Member Center Specialist: Enjoy helping people but tired of the typical retail pay and hours? Our full-service nationwide credit union headquartered in Elgin, IL is seeking several Part Time Member Center Specialists in their Call Center. As a team member, you will respond to incoming phone inquiries and provide education in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. You will also cross sell our products and services with a knowledgeable and enthusiastic approach to make a meaningful difference in our members' financial lives. This position requires excellent communication, interpersonal and effective sales skills. We offer highly competitive pay along with a flexible schedule in four-hour shifts. Candidate must have earned a High School diploma. Minimum 1 year of retail, customer service or credit union experience preferred. Computer proficiency required. Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently. Previous call center experience a plus.
