Job Details

We are seeking a Call Center Research Interviewer for our medical industry clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and make a difference in the healthcare industry. As a Contract Call Center Research Interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data from doctors' offices. This is a remote position and requires a minimum of 25 hours per week but you can work up to 40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Make warm calls to doctors' offices to ensure high call volume and successful data collection
• Conduct surveys with doctors' offices to collect data on medical treatments and patient outcomes
• Type a minimum of 25 words per minute to ensure efficient data collection
• Provide excellent customer service to doctors' offices and maintain a high level of professionalism
• Use computer skills to input data and manage survey results
• Read from a script to ensure consistency and accuracy in data collection
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful completion of surveys and data collection

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills and ability to type 25 words per minute
• Ability to read from a script and maintain consistency and accuracy in data collection
• Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain professionalism
• Experience in the medical industry is preferred, but not required
• 2+ years of experience in calling doctors' offices, surveying, and data collection
• Ability to make warm calls and maintain a high call volume
