Call Center Research Interviewer Jobs

Attend client onsite training to complete study certification

Meet with the Supervisor to ensure to prepare for shift requirements

Communicate with your Manager or Supervisor if you have any questions or issues

Greeting participants, and external clients, maintaining a friendly, but professional rapport with both

Administer questionnaires, consents, and other documents as written

Complete the programmed interview on the provided computer, following software proms as directed

Support the management team in maintaining and improving the efficiency of the Remote Call Center Environment

Refer any suggestions or concerns to your Project Supervisor or a member of the Management Team

Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and good typing skills

Exhibits a high level of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail

Customer Service experience is preferred, but not required as full training is provided

Reports to the Call Center Manager

Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access software packages

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with project staff and participants

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities

Associates Degree in a social science or health related field

Must demonstrate flexibility and judgment to handle unforeseen situations that may arise

Use computer skills to input data and manage survey results

2+ years of experience in calling doctors' offices, surveying, and data collection

Excellent computer skills and ability to type 25 words per minute

Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain professionalism

Experience in the medical industry is preferred, but not required
