Planned Parenthood of the North Country New York provides high-quality, affordable family planning and reproductive health care for nearly 12,000 women and men in the North Country each year no matter what. We have seven health centers throughout Clinton, Franklin, Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence counties.

In support of PPNCNY’s mission, the Call Center Representative provides accurate and detailed information about health services, appointment making, medical procedures and insurance/financial options. In this role, the representative will guide the patient through the pre-appointment process and provides instructions to patients regarding Health Center visit and care. The Call Center Representative serves as the first point of contact to our organization and should exemplify our service standards to provide care to individuals and families with respect, compassion and without judgement. Our call center works to support patients across northern, central and western New York, serving thousands annually. $16 - $17 an hour

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays and evening shifts.
