Synchro Speak is looking for a Call Center Agent that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
- Responds to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations
- Maintains and updates customer information as necessary
- Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
- Tracks call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Exceptional communication skills
- Outstanding phone and email etiquette
- High school diploma or equivalent
