About The Opportunity


  • A pioneer in the healthcare industry in Boston, MA is looking for call center agents
  • We are looking for individuals with previous customer service experience, who are interested in working with different hospitals, nursing homes, and other medical facilities


Call Center Agent Responsibilities


  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Answer all inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department


Call Center Agent Qualifications


  • No degree required
  • Must be available for an evening shift (3 pm-12 am)
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
