About The Opportunity

We are seeking an individual who will help families by identifying stated and unstated needs and offering accurate and appropriate resources.

Our client serves as a resource for finding government benefits and services, nonprofit organizations, support groups, volunteer opportunities, donation programs, and other local resources.

Primary Duties

• Adding eligible families to the Statewide Centralized Subsidy Wait List
• Determining a family’s eligibility for child care financial assistance/subsidy.
• Settling online call reports using the client's database (iCarol).
• Providing accurate information on local Child Care Programs and Providers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, databases, and other software systems
• AIRS Certification is also appreciated but not required
• Prior Call Center experience
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
