Business System Analyst Jobs

The Business System Analyst will be supporting Biz Ops team by analyzing business processes, identifying solutions, and facilitating the successful implementation of projects to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

What You'll Be Doing

• Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies in business analysis.
• Address user inquiries and provide mentorship to ensure successful system usage.
• Collaborate with various teams to find opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that provide valuable information for decision-making.
• Evaluate potential solutions, technologies, and strategies to address business challenges.

What We Need To See

• BS/BA (or equivalent experience) in computer science, business administration or related fields (master’s preferred)
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• 8+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven experiences as similar role.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

• Knowledge of relevant programming languages, databases, and technologies is a plus.
• Superb communication skills, both verbal and writing, to effectively interact with technical and business team members.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The base salary range is $124,000 - $195,500. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
