Salary Range: USD $105000 to $110000/yr

• Strong critical thinking and problem solving.

• Ability to create logical diagrams of complex interfaces

• Demonstrated experience in:
• Business process diagraming
• Self-management to meet project goals and deliverables
• Leading structured and efficient requirements definition sessions
• Strong domain knowledge of eCommerce based on past experience as a Senior Analyst and Shopify experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis (with at least 3-5 of those years in
• Experience in gathering specifications for web-based applications
• Anticipates needs and takes initiative to address challenges
• Strong understanding of Agile & application development
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Experience in working in Agile teams
• Excellent technical writer & strong technical integration skills
• Expert writing skills of requirements and technical documentation
• Requirements elicitation & ability to translate into viable, innovative solutions
• Executing deliverables efficiently and on-time

Presentation Skills

• Organization skills
• Facilitation skills and people management skills
• Working well in a team environment – but can work alone when required

Good to have

• Preferably located in California (minimal relocation)
• Entertainment or media industry experience is a plus
• Eager to learn
• Articulate and good communicator
• Domain knowledge in marketing, media (related industry)
• Has working knowledge of cloud services (amazon or Google preferred)
• Experience with eCommerce marketplace solutions is a plus"
