Business Manager/Coo Jobs

We are an energy services software development company looking for a Business Manager/COO for our Houston office. In this role, you will be a trusted thought leader to the leadership team and will have an impact on the efficiency and productivity of the company, streamlining business initiatives, driving program management, and communicating cross-functional objectives.

Key responsibilities will include coordination of all internal cross-functional strategic priorities for the company across finance, human resources, legal, operations, product management, corporate development, and business development teams. The Business Manager/COO will also be responsible for effectively conveying those priorities to key internal and external constituents.

What You’ll Do

• Spearhead special projects across finance, human resources, legal, operations, product management, corporate development, and business development teams
• Explore and implement process improvements including automation, software, and cross-functional collaboration to streamline key objectives and priorities
• Serve as an advisor and trusted confidant for the leadership team across the organization to be able to lead through influence
• Develop into a future leader, equipped with the learnings and experience to have an enormous impact after this role
• Guide effective change management during organizational or business transformation
