You will report to Geoff (our Americas Managing Director) as part of the regional leadership team that drives our strategy across the Americas and play an active role in defining and implementing our global strategy.

Requirements


These are the things we’ll be looking for in your resume and throughout the process:


  • AI-led innovator: You're at the forefront of AI-powered innovation. You understand how AI is changing the game, and you're in there actively assessing and leveraging its potential
  • Ambassador:: You lead the charge in executing our master plans. You keep our internal teams on their toes, driving them to deliver top-notch results. You're not just an innovator, you're the go-to person for our clients when it comes to all things innovation. As part of our regional leadership team you bring a collaborative, optimistic, confident, and resilient vibe to the table. And you're all about learning and adapting, constantly hungry to make what life needs next.
  • Role model / leader: You're a role model everyone looks up to. You show up as your authentic self and make everyone feel included. You get your hands dirty; fluent in qual/quant - either with real people or synthetic personas. You've got the knack for putting 20 or 80 business ideas under the microscope, whether they're brick-and-mortar, digital, or a blend of both. And you're also a whiz at shaping a solid business case for investment in growth.
  • Talent magnet: You're experienced at bringing in amazing people and helping them grow. You're the reason our top talent sticks around.
  • Business developer: You are a self-starter that is able to create a unifying vision for each project/client. You can comfortably, authentically make connections, tell stories and put us in the best position to win exciting new work - including new proposition development. You manage a portfolio of existing clients and drive conversations that build relationships with new clients. A continuous drive to cultivate fresh strategic client relationships is expected and a revenue target comes with that.

We've hacked the traditional hiring process a bit to make sure we really get to know each other (we’re looking for a long term relationship, not a roommate). Once you've got a handle on who we are and what we're about, we'll invite you to tackle a mock business case challenge and then we’ll dive deeper in a working session to see how we connect and build together.
