We are looking for talented, hungry, and passionate people to join our sales team. If you're seeking an BDR role in a fast-paced, fun, challenging environment with a lot of room for career growth in a rapidly growing startup, you'll love Cynamics. The BDR will be responsible for generating/prospecting/qualifying new leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and more to contribute to our growing sales pipeline.


Responsibilities
  • Present and sell Cynamics products and services to current and potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate account information and activity detail in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
  • Uphold sales activities which includes prospecting, cold calling, booking appointments, performing demos, and creating proposals.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to determine a strategic sales approach.
  • Prospect and identify key decision-makers within qualified, targeted accounts.


Requirements
  • Talented entry-level candidates will be considered.
  • Technology industry experience - preferred
  • High-energy, strong communication and presentation skills- required
  • Native English - required
  • Willingness to learn technical aspects of selling the Cynamics product - required
  • 1-2 years Prior experience selling SaaS/B2B products - preferred (will compensate accordingly)
  • Be a hustler
