Years Experience: 4-6 years

programming/data analysis Skills:

• Knowledge of Field Service Operations and call management systems AND experience with relational database and reporting tools.

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent work experience

Duties:

• Develop data queries based upon adhoc reports required to measure effectiveness of business processess.
• Uses knowledge of software systems/databases/tools (i.e.; Navigator, Reliability, IDEA, Lotus Notes, Cognos) to provide support and service for data/process analysis reporting and tool development.

• Required education level/certifications: NA ~ Bachelor’s strongly preferred or over 5 years of exp if no Bachelors.
