Business Coaching Specialist

But this journey isn't always an easy one and that is why we are looking for individuals with Business Coaching Experience. As a Business Coach, you will work to help entrepreneurs better understand their businesses and what they need to do to grow and succeed.

You must enjoy working with and managing multiple clients per month

Have the ability to document, track and assess improvement

Have an understanding of health, fitness as well as diet

Have the capacity to push clients when they need it most

Must be empathetic with an ability to be direct when necessary

Take pride in seeing people develop and grow

Enjoy working remotely with new clients every month

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor degree preferred

Organized and prompt

Detailed with comprehensive note-taking skills

Experience using CRM software

Be proactive and independent; require little supervision

Have a private, quiet place to work (Remote working environment)
