Position Description:

• Collaborate with MCCCD staff for macro view of current platform suitability (PeopleSoft).
• This consultant will be responsible for documenting the current state and desired future state of specific features that Maricopa has implemented in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (DCRM) to enable that transition.
• Current state process analysis & documentation of HCE in DCRM.
• Solicit requirements from the business through interviews, email, phone, etc.
• Current state analysis and documentation of all DCRM messaging, including triggers -- consultant will utilize existing, extensive documentation from the DCRM owner and will need to produce some high-level overviews and fill in any documentation gaps.
• Gap identification between current state and desired business future state for HCE.
• Assess effort required for in-house development.
• Maricopa is planning to migrate from its current CRM (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) to a new open-source CRM.

Skills Required:

• Collects and consolidates project summary.
• Maintains the documentation, processes, guidelines and procedures of the Project Management methodology; Partners with business units to complete project management activities to ensure successful completion of project needs;
• Reviews and consolidates all final project documentation to ensure compliance with records retention schedules;
• Prepares project documentation as required;

Skills Preferred:

• Experience with C#.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience with any CRM.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• 5 years of experience as Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.

Experience Required:

• A minimum of 3 years of related business analysis.

Education Required:

• HS diploma or GED.

Education Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Additional Information:

• REMOTE 8-week assignment.
