Job Description
Business Analyst

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Tempe, Arizona.

Rate: $30/Hr on w2

Description

  • Familiarity with Confluence and Jira for documenting and tracking requirements
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and working in an agile environment
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
  • Basic knowledge of backend technologies and databases
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to ask insightful questions to understand business needs.
  • Proficiency in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and breaking down requirements into smaller features.
  • Experience in creating mock-ups and wireframes using tools like Visio or Gliffy
