Our Product Business Analyst is responsible for the design, development, testing, support and maintenance of a SaaS Healthcare systems customers buildouts and product. As a Product BA, you will work closely with the product management team, customers and internal teams to understand and provide feedback on complex functional requirements, identify gaps and technical limitations, propose solutions and workarounds and formalize solutions in technical design documents. In this way, you will be a key team member in creating intelligent solutions for a healthier future - for you, your family and for communities throughout the nation.


About the Job\ Works under the direction of the Product Management team to provide support and solutions for the Healthcare System.\ Documents the business and technical requirements, workflow, and documentation required to meet deliverables and maintain integration requirements documentation.\ Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.\ Researches, reviews, and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.\ Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users.\ Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.\ Clearly identifies project stakeholders and establish customer classes, as well as their characteristics.\ Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.\ Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.\ Works with Development, QA, Vendor professional services, and technical operations during design and implementation to shape the technical feature set.\ Analyzes and ensures contractual performance requirements are met.\ Assists in conducting research on products to meet agreed upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts.\ Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.\ Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.\ Translates business requirements and use cases to develop and deliver functional/technical specifications, requirements documents (RTM), detailed use cases for new product features or functionality.\ Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.\ Develops and conducts peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.\ Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options and communicating these back to the business stakeholders.\ Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.\ Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements \' verbally or through written documentation \' to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.\ Provides guidance and/or instruction to other staff members.\ Reviews test plans with the team.\ Performs functional application configuration and configure /run reports at user request.\ Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and accurately documents interoperability problems and their probable causes. Identifies root/cause, test, and implement solutions.\ Serves in a liaison role between application development groups, internal services support groups, and custome s.\ Actively participates in meetings.\ Ensures adherence to project and industry standards.\ Demonstrates new functionality to end users seeking inputs on future direction.\ Participates in user focus groups and requirements workshops, vendor training and demonstrations.\ Supports others on functional area related topics.\ Qualifications & Requirements\ Education & Experience\ Bachelor\'s degree or higher in business administration, finance, information systems or related field\ Two or more years of Business Analyst work experience preferred\ Experience in Immunization Healthcare preferred\ SaaS Experience\ Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development\ Working knowledge of Windows office systems
