Business Analyst Jobs

Responsibilities:

·Analyze the existing systems and highlight areas of improvement

·Enhance opportunities by identifying new functionalities/services to be developed

·Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions

·Fulfil the role of a subject matter expert in requirement elicitation

·Work proactively with the business users to identifybusinessrequirements

·Meet with end users regularly to address their feedback and issues

·Analyze, triage, and decompose the user feedbacks into bugs, change requests, enhancements,

or new requirements

·Document the requirements, create functional specifications, prepare wireframes/flowcharts

and communicate the functional specifications to the development team

·Oversee the development of the product as per the specifications

·Test andvalidate the functionality of the end product according to the requirement specifications

·Assist with system integration with the goals of reducing data redundancy/duplicate data entry,

security, and improving user satisfaction.

·Act as liaison with any ATS users for issues, enhancements, upgrades & troubleshooting.

·Provide support and maintenance of the Applicant Tracking system.

·Facilitate change and configuration management

·Monitor performance, discover variances, and propose necessary actions.

·Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents, and other technical reports
