Location: Coconut Creek, FL (hybrid - 3 days a week in office)

Our client, a leading digital performance-based marketing company, seeking a Business Analyst to join the team. They are looking for a world-class problem solver and a highly structured thinker who can break down and solve any challenge using data. This person will answer high-priority, targeted business questions to drive growth and support day-to-day reporting needed across the business - including Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and more. Additionally, this person will work closely with our Data & Analytics Engineering team on building and improving the operational data sets that power our analytics and operational workflows.

Their technologies include open-source technologies and running on various platforms; cloud-based and on premise. The Development team is responsible for a variety of interesting and hot domains - from integration of the latest technologies to the optimization of production environments.

The role will work in a collaborative team environment and be responsible for escalating user issues as appropriate, providing top tier support when necessary, and receive and provide advice and development from/for team members.

Position Responsibilities:

• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple incoming requests.
• Take charge attitude, proactive in finding answers.
• Experience supporting requirements, design, testing, and delivery of products.

• Work with the team to determine estimates for Product Backlog Refinement.

• Attending our Sprint Planning Meetings, as we work to determine the work we will commit to in our next sprint.
• Be part of the Daily Scrums as we "Walk the Board" to determine our progress for the next 24 hours.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including recent successful and demonstrated experience with agile methodologies (Scrum), Requirements Management, and Configuration Management methodologies, along with corresponding support tools, is expected.

Desired Work and Educational Experience:

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• Proficiency in a wide range of tools and software used in product management.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, ability to build strong professional relationships within the team and across the organization.
• Prolific writing and documentation skills, able to produce requirements, scenarios, use cases, and cross-org workflows in support of product team using standard Agile team tools from Atlassian and Microsoft (Confluence, Visio, PowerPoint, Jira, Word, etc.)
• Experience working on an Agile Team
• Strong analytical skills working with complex and highly integrated systems.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Provide end-user support for production technology solutions. Including the creation and execution of SQL database queries.
• Conduct various levels of testing, including manual, regression, and exploratory.
• Experience performing data analysis on complex data models.
• Creation of acceptance criteria, test data strategy, test case scenarios, and end-to-end test plans.
• Work with developers and quality assurance analysts to identify and isolate issues.
