Job Description

Healthcare Business Analyst

Full time / Perm – Open for H1 transfer

Rocky Hill CT

Minimum Requirements:

  • Extensive background in Healthcare/Medicaid/ Health Plan experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in general Business, Economics, Psychology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance from an accredited institution required.
  • Must have experience in healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Understanding of SDLC and various methodologies
  • Understanding of how to interpret needs of stakeholders correctly
  • Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies.
  • 7+ years of technical systems analyst experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting complex software applications including custom-developed applications and commercial products.
  • 5+ years working within IT development environment, with the familiarity of SDLC, relational databases, and development practices.
