About the Opportunity:

Join our dynamic Global Data & Analytics team as a Data Analyst within the Enterprise Data Strategy unit. We're dedicated to enhancing data accessibility and quality to provide efficient data solutions. You'll be a key player in ensuring our enterprise's ability to grow without limitations, contributing to the data strategy for Client (Buyer) and Intermediary (Producer) Data Domains.

Responsibilities:

• Generate ad-hoc data analysis and business-use reports.
• Provide analysis to streamline data flow from source to target, supporting various stakeholders.
• Perform data profiling to offer insightful summaries for seamless integration of new source system data.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Business, IT, data modelers, and delivery teams.
• Investigate and document data lineage throughout the data lifecycle.
• Build a comprehensive data dictionary with definitions, values, and formats.
• Collaborate with Data Stewards to establish data collection mapping processes for multiple systems.
• Conduct thorough data analysis and comparisons across systems.
• Extract business rules from data analysis and document findings.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in data tools like SQL, R, Python, SAS, and Tableau.
• Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.
• Experience in a healthcare data environment is a plus.
• Proven ability to create comprehensive and actionable reports.
• 3+ years of data profiling experience.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Skill in documenting and presenting data analysis findings.
• Familiarity with MDM tools such as Reltio and Informatica.
