Business Analyst Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Meet strict deadlines weekly for deployment coordination
• Compile user deployment cutsheets - combine information from multiple sources
• Work closely with logistics team on shipping activities
• Send user communication on scheduled deployment tasks
• Research request approvals and other matters that arise
• Update records with user information returned from project team
• Demonstrate good written communication skills with senior management
• Keep accurate record tracking for pending and fulfilled deployments
• Send project team communications around deployments
• Monitor request queue for onboarding requests

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work standard business hours, on-site, 5 days per week
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• 5 years of experience working as a business analyst or project manager/coordinator
• Proficient with MS Suite including MS Excel
