Four (4) years of professional experience in program management.

Note: Experience and education may be substituted for one another on a year-for-year basis.

Monthly Salary: $5,416.67 - $5,833.34/mo

Performs technical, training, research, planning, program assessment, and administrative activities related to the Texas Music Incubator Program.

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in business, accounting, music, marketing, or related field.

Enrolled as an undergraduate/graduate student at UC Berkeley.

Manage internal event requests and event data within our experience portal.

Win the hearts and minds of consumers with compelling storytelling about our brand during experiences.

Effectively manage event budgets in an organized manner.

Experience working with luxury brands (spirits/hospitality industry is a plus).

Experience planning & executing events in designated markets.

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Compelling storyteller.

1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience

Experience using Excel and other business analytic tools

Experience with software and editing tools (including HTML, Excel and SQL)

Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML

Email campaign creation and analytics

Create and execute promotional strategies

Respond in a timely manner to Market Manager communication

Some general computer skills (email, web browsing etc)
