Job Description
Vaco Energy client is looking for an experienced bookkeeper on a contract to hire basis to handle administrative bookkeeping procedures while maintaining efficient operation in the accounting department. Apply Now!
Bookkeeper - Edison, NJ (Onsite)
Contract to hire/direct hire
$30.00-$33.00/hr
Job Summary:
Bookkeeper will be handling AR with a main focus in AP duties. Experience in bookkeeping is a must.

Job Duties:
  • International Wires
  • Enter and issue payments for accounts payable invoice!
    • Via E check
    • Credit card
    • Domestic ACH
    • International Wires
  • Handle day to day accounting and some administrative functions
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Via E check
  • Credit card
  • Domestic ACH
  • Sync all billing with QuickBooks.
  • Enter and transmit payroll for office staff via ADP every 2 weeks.
  • Compile, enter and transmit payroll (1099) for owner operators weekly.
Qualifications/Essentials:
  • Experience with MS Excel
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with Quick books is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
