We are looking to hire an experienced full charge bookkeeper to handle our companys accounts. In this role you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting duties for the company. This includes entering vendor and expense invoices, billing customers, preparing bank statements, processing timesheets, and preparing tax returns.


To ensure success as a full charge bookkeeper, you should have advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting systems, excellent project management skills, and a good eye for detail. A skilled full charge bookkeeper efficiently handles all the accounting needs of the company, streamlining the business.


Responsibilities:


  • Preparing bank statements.
  • Managing the payroll system.
  • Processing accounts receivable.
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements.
  • Processing the accounts payable.
  • Invoicing clients and customers.
  • Managing the full cycle of accounting activities for the company.
  • Processing employee timesheets.
  • Collating and entering vendor expenses.
  • Maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger.


Requirements:


  • Good communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping software.
  • Bookkeeping certification.
  • Bachelors degree in accounting or related field.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Previous experience as a full charge bookkeeper.
  • Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns.
  • Ability to work to a strict deadline.
