Billing Manager Jobs

The Billing and Collections team is looking for an experienced individual to manage our billing process. This individual will be responsible for drafting invoices based on platform data, liaising with account managers and salespeople to verify billing information, deeply understanding our products, clients, and processes.

What You Will Do:

• Investigate invoice discrepancies, revising invoices when necessary
• Manage Zendesk queue
• Provide internal reporting
• Manage two billing analysts, training, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Draft monthly billing according to existing billing process, reviewing with and receiving approvals from all salespeople
• Maintain a thorough monthly billing process doc, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Manage two collections analysts, meeting weekly to review account trends, identify escalation points, and assist with outreach when needed
• Assist with audit requests

What You Will Need:

• Intermediate Excel Skills (pivots, Vlookups)
• Ability to lead and encourage others
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in AR/Billing/Collections
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• The base pay range for this position is $100,000-110,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid and titled depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location
