Consultant Advisor - ERP Nimmy Shibu is recruiting this position.

Our Massachusetts based Healthcare client is seeking a HR Coordinator to help maintain the current operations of the HR department. This is a onsite position. Healthcare experience is highly preferred


Location: Southbridge, MA


Duration: 12 months


COVID and Flu Vaccinations are required.


Responsibilities


  • Other duties as assigned
  • Participates in the resolution of human resource related problems and ensures that there is a proactive climate for resolution of human resource concerns
  • Provides front line customer service, as needed
  • Coordinates local work comp related activities and forms for entity employees
  • Ensures that HRIS data entry is complete, accurate and timely
  • Prepares and maintains job descriptions, as requested
  • Assists with projects and coordinates activities


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline


Minimum Experience Required


  • Highly flexible, adapt to changing priorities, work in team environment
  • Strong customer service background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple HR disciplines
  • Three (3) years of administrative support work experience
