Reporting into the Group Director of Global Benefits, the Benefits Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of TTI’s Group benefits programs.

Job Summary & Responsibilities
  • Works with internal HRIS resources in defining programming requirements related to benefits administration in support of Workday
  • Oversee the processing and reconciliation for monthly billing and the preparation of vouchers for payment and administrative fees for all group plans
  • Manage the employee benefits email box and respond to or direct the resolution of all issues. Counsel employees in benefit-plan related issues as required
  • Assist in the annual open enrollment process
  • Perform identification, research, and resolution of all customer service issues concerning benefit plan operations and/or supplier relations
  • Ensure compliance and consistency with established processes and agreed-upon internal service levels; address any employee issues that may arise
Plan Compliance
  • Maintain and update the benefit plan document library
  • Preform research for benefit plan provision interpretations
  • Coordinates all activities related to the review and approval cycles for plan-required documents (SDP’s, Plan Documents, etc.)
  • Review, develop, and append administrative processes as necessary related to COBRA, HIPPA, QDRO, Medicare Secondary Payor, and other legislative compliance requirements
  • Support quality and financial audits of all plans as required or appropriate
Acquisition, Divestiture and Transition Support/Special Projects Coordination
  • Supports special benefit projects
Reports/Invoices/Metrics Management
  • Provide Divisions with payment authorizations and benefit plan financial oversight
  • Responsible for the update and maintenance of all benefit plan reporting and metric requirements
Tier 3+ Supplier Escalations
  • Support field HR representatives in responding to employee inquiries and ensuring they have the information necessary to facilitate employee education in benefit program enrollments and understanding of plan provisions
  • Provide support to executive leadership as requested or necessary
  • Perform the identification, research, and resolution of all customer service issues concerning benefit plan operations and/or supplier relations escalated to TTI Leadership
Annual/Special Enrollments
  • Assist in the review and preparation of enrollment communications
  • Identifies needs and coordinates the creation, production, and distribution of plan and participant communication materials
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related degree required
  • Willingness to perform detailed benefit administrative and HR/Benefits-systems related tasks
  • Smart, driven, and with enough energy to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of three (3) years benefits administration experience
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate personal credibility through accuracy, consistency, meeting commitments, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of benefit funding, budgeting, tracking, analysis, and reconciliation
  • Results oriented, with a high degree of flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently and perform at optimal levels
  • Ability to make informed decisions and choices based upon priority, business necessity, and bottom-line impact
  • Advanced proficiency with Word and Excel; experience with benefits administration systems
  • Effective project management skills with attention to detail
  • Critical thinker, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
