Garber Chevrolet Highland is growing and we're hiring an experienced BDC Representative to join our dynamite team! Because of our large new and used car inventory, we have more internet leads than we can handle! Our BDC department is fast-paced and high-energy and we need someone who is hard working, organized, and customer-service focused. BDC Call Center Representative Responsibilities
  • Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
  • Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
  • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
BDC Call Center Representative Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • 2-5 years of experience is required
  • Positive and hard working personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
