Job Description

4 x 10 hour shifts,

  • 7am-6pm CST

Location: REMOTE (need to be able to work CST hours)


Must:

  • Computer-literate – able to manage multiple monitors & able to pick up new systems (ability to demonstrate that they have learned/mastered learning multiple systems)
  • Quiet work from home set up without distractions
  • Positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively with all levels
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced/high volume environment
  • Microsoft office
  • Need to be hard wired in
  • Minimum internet speeds: 25 MB download speed and 3 MB upload speed (as measured by speedtest.org)
  • 1-year Call center customer service experience (high volume environment) or hospitality/retail customer service experience
  • High School degree
  • IF no call center experience, ensure they are comfortable sitting in a chair all day, take breaks at scheduled times
  • Windows 10
  • Ability to multi-task, listen, probe, research
  • Strong problem solving skills and customer first mentality
