Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, result-driven BDC representative for our Service Department. In this position, you will engage with customers who are looking to make service appointments. Pay based on experience.

  • Make follow up calls daily
  • Daily time management and the ability to work independently or under supervision
  • Answer incoming service calls
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Work directly with the Service Department
  • Make appointments
  • Communicate with customers via the phone, text and email daily
  • Confirm Appointments with customers
  • Communicate information abut calls accurately and effectively to the management and clients
