Job Description
Smyth is a 2 Michelin-starred restaurant run by Chefs John and Karen Shields, featuring a mutli-course tasting menu in an open yet intimate dining room of 13 tables.
We are searching for one pastry-minded individual to join our tight-knit team of culinary professionals. The Chef de Partie candidate can expect to be involved in all aspects of mise en place production for both Smyth and The Loyalist pastry programs. Prior baking experience is a must.
