Job Description

Overview

As a Digital Experience eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the digital customer journey across various eCommerce platforms. Your primary focus will be to enhance the user experience, drive online sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of eCommerce strategies, onsite search, user behavior, and digital marketing techniques. This role is responsible for fostering collaboration among multiple teams, including Marketing, Product Management, SEO, IT, and eCommerce, to establish and achieve website goals and objectives. By working closely with these cross-functional partners, ensures alignment and synergy in driving the website's success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with eCommerce and IT peers on product category optimizations regarding on-site search, taxonomy, product category storefronts, SKU page, etc.
  • Works with Product Mangers to understand the product category needs on the website. Supports new product launches and other seasonal launches (such as Back to Business).
  • Operates independently when identifying opportunities to optimize product category performance metrics on ODPBusiness.com website
  • Utilizes Google Analytics, Glassbox, and Medallia to analyze the data to understand the customer’s behavior regarding specific actions to improve the experience.
  • Works with digital marketing to ensure product launches and other product category efforts are aligned with the website experiences.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of eCommerce and/or Merchandising experience
  • Good communicator
  • Collaborative
  • Onsite Search experience a plus
  • Analytical
  • Works well independently
  • Google Analytics experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Economics, or equivalent experience
