Are you a highly creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated and organized Digital Media Designer? In this role, you will play an essential role in creating and maintaining TMRW Sports and its related brands standards. You will work closely with TMRW Sports stakeholders, VP, Brand & Creative and other creative team members and will foster a team culture of collaboration and inclusivity. An admired team member, you will work within a fast-paced, collaborative, transparent, and collegial environment, working in close partnership with other business leaders and stakeholders and serving as an ambassador for the holistic organization.

The scope of work will range within traditional and digital promotion, collateral materials, logo designs, social media assets and internal and external communications, motion design and merchandise to support our rapidly scaling organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to prepare & deliver sales decks, pitches and mockups that are engaging and meet brand standards
• Ideate and develop content for various media & executions, including motion graphics, interactive screens and digital signage, live show visuals, brand installations, merchandise, social media & user experiences
• Lead the evolution of the TMRW Sports brand and its partner brands through digital design
• Manage photo shoots from concept to completion
• Contribute to high-level strategic planning around creative and brand projects, bringing fresh and forward-thinking approaches to creative direction and content for campaigns, creative executions and overall company/brand goals
• Ensure that all work meets a high level of creativity, innovation, and brand association
• Translate marketing needs into innovative, dynamic, digital solutions while managing projects from concept to completion

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Critical thinking, active listening and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite along with other industry tools, technologies and techniques
• Intermediate knowledge of golf a must
• Ability to work flexible working hours, which may include evenings and weekends
• Strong project management, multi-tasking and decision-making skills
• Strong presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint
• Proven track record of cross functional collaboration with internal stakeholders
• 3D & motion graphic skills a plus
• Start-up experience preferred along with an interest in helping a company scale
• 3+ years’ experience in a professional creative production environment
• Ability to function within a team, ideating collectively and independently while giving and receiving constructive feedback as needed

***Digital design portfolio demonstrating full breadth of design experience is required!
