One of our client is looking for Ideal candidate to meet the below requirements to a Federal project


Job Title: AWS Support Engineer

Location: 100% Remote

Visa Status: H1B, GC,USC and must be in the US at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years,

We are seeking an experienced AWS Support Engineer to join our team and provide monitoring and support for our production operations. As an AWS Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of our applications and infrastructure deployed on AWS.

  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and ensure smooth deployments.
  • Manage and maintain AWS resources including EC2 instances, S3 buckets, Lambda functions, DynamoDB tables, Aurora databases, and Athena.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate operational tasks and deployments.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and availability of critical services.
  • Implement and manage automated monitoring and alerting using AWS CloudWatch and other tools.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24x7 support for production systems.
  • Provide operational support for our AWS-based production environments.

  • AWS Suite is MUST
  • MSTR is another advantage
  • Mainframe knowledge is Plus
  • Operational monitoring, issues identification and resolution,
  • 4 years of experience in AWS .
  • Any AI/ML is added advantage… as these profiles are going to work down the line on AI/ML for predictive analysis and reporting.
  • 8+ Years of Overall experience
  • Proactive alerts to set up if there are any operations issues using New Relic and VictorOps (Splunk) tools background .
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • DevOps is added advantage

  • 3 Years of US Residency is Mandatory
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with other AWS services such as Elastic Beanstalk, API Gateway, or Kinesis.
  • Visa Status: H1B
